Due to covid lockdown I can not complete the setup. Please read the part one for the initial work. After the lockdown is over I manage to complete the automation.
What have we done so far
- Home Assistant setup with Raspberry pi4 with USB SSD
- Replace 8 light switches with smart switches
- All switches flashed with Tasmota open source firmware
- Added a Zigbee Hub and flash with Tasmota
- Ikea Zigbee signal repeater
- Added some motion sensors (Ikea & Sonoff) and door sensors
- Added existing security came feed to Home Assistant dashboard
- Added DOODS on camera feed for AI based person detection
- Send notification to mobile phone with pictures (person detection)
- Solar energy production monitoring
